Joining and cost

What is Nineteenth Club?

Nineteenth Club is a global, invitation-only golf club for people in business. Every member is reviewed by a committee, The Draw suggests considered foursomes, and a no-pitch guarantee keeps rounds relaxed. Its mission is to make the world a more business-friendly place, one round at a time.

How do I join Nineteenth Club?

Membership is by invitation or application. Enter an invite code from a current member and you are admitted at once, or apply as a Founding Member with your LinkedIn profile and the membership committee reviews it and replies by email. Everyone agrees to the no-pitch guarantee first. There is no public sign-up.

How much does Nineteenth Club cost?

Membership is free during the founding period, until 30 June 2027 or the 500th member, whichever comes first. After that Standard is $249 a year, Rising is $99 for members under 30 or early in their careers, and Founding members keep $149 locked in. Patron is an optional gift. Access is never for sale.

The rules of the club

What is the no-pitch rule?

Every member agrees not to sell to, solicit or pitch anyone else in the club, whether on the course or in messages. Messages are checked automatically for sales pitches, and the committee reviews anything flagged. It is a condition of membership, and breaking it can end a membership.

When can members talk business?

By default, business conversation is welcome only at the 19th hole, after the round. Pitching is never welcome at any point. Members set this rule by vote, so the club can move the line to the turn or the first tee if its members decide to change it.

How many people can a member invite?

By default each member may invite 10 people in any rolling twelve months, and a new member is asked to bring in 3 people within 30 days of joining to stay active. These are club rules, and members can change them by vote.

What are Patron and sponsored seats?

Patron is an optional $750 a year for members who want to give more. It buys no advantage, and each Patron funds sponsored seats in the Fairway Fund, which the committee grants by published criteria. A sponsored seat is free and identical to every other membership, and no one can pay to be admitted.

What happens if a payment is missed?

After the founding period, a missed payment gets a 30-day grace period with reminders. Then the membership pauses, much like a lapsed invitation window. You can still sign in, pay and invite, nothing is deleted, and paying resumes your membership at once.

Rounds, courses and cities

How does The Draw work?

Each week The Draw suggests foursomes from the club's members, matching handicap, pace of play, goals, role and a shared free morning. It then chooses a course that suits the whole group and shares travel time fairly. Every suggestion explains why that foursome was chosen, and members decide whether to play.

Which golf courses are included?

The course guide documents about 500 of the world's best-known courses, from St Andrews to Pebble Beach to Royal Melbourne. It is our own curation, not an official ranking. Details such as par and yardage are estimates until the committee verifies them, and members can add any other course.

Is Nineteenth Club global?

Yes. Nineteenth Club is a global club. Members choose a home city from more than 140 metro areas on six continents, and the course guide covers more than 50 countries. Pick your city when you join and The Draw suggests courses and foursomes near you, using your local time zone.

Who runs Nineteenth Club?

The members do. Every rule is a row in the club's constitution and the only way a rule changes is a member vote, with one vote per approved member. A membership committee reviews applications and handles reports, and humans make every decision.

What do AI agents do at the club?

AI agents only draft and assist. They estimate course details, help word rule proposals and flag possible pitches for review. They do not admit or remove members and they do not change rules. Humans decide, and members vote on the rules.

Members and privacy

Who can apply to Nineteenth Club?

Golfers who work in business: founders, investors, executives, directors, sales leaders and partners. Any handicap is welcome. Numbers are limited so the club stays curated, and every applicant is reviewed.

How does verification work?

An invite code from a current member admits you at once, because a member has vouched for you. Applicants without a code give their LinkedIn profile, and the membership committee checks it against the title and company they gave before admitting them.

Do I need to belong to a golf club?

No. Most rounds are at public courses. Rounds at private clubs are arranged with a member of that club, and the course guide marks which courses are public or private.
